HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY IPAD REPAIRED ?
Our goal is to have the device back in your hands within 3 days from the day you send it out.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REPLACEMENT DEVICE ?
Replacement devices are typically shipped within 24 hours after receipt of your claim documents. Devices that are out of stock or drop shipped may take longer based on availability.
